A Time Of Torment. Pre-review thoughts.
Possibly one of the most chilling endings Mr Connolly has achieved, yet again he confirms my faith that this series only gets better. Changing it up to write a slow burner full of tension and brimming with atmosphere, at this point I have to say that this writer is now my favourite author and his novels whether they be Charlie Parker or otherwise my most anticipated. Sorry Mr King you have been knocked off your perch. A full and proper review on Monday on my blog (which will be copied here too of course) but Charlie Parker fans you are in for a treat. And those not yet in the know go, go now! Every Dead Thing is where to start.
